Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulusis) a tree that is native to Australia. Eucalpytus oil is extracted from the leaves of the tree. There are around 600 varieties of Eucalyptus that are used for the production of essential oils. They share common healing benefits and a characteristic fresh, camphoraceous scent, though some varieties have slight nuances in aroma. Eucalyptus Oil is a popular ingredient in balms, inhalers, massage blends, and dental hygiene products for its soothing, stimulating and anti-bacterial properties. The main constituents of Eucalyptus Oil are: α-Terpineol, 1,8-cineole (Eucalyptol), α-pinene, β-pinene, Sabinene, Camphene, Limonene, p-Cymene, Camphor, Globulol, Citronellal, α-phellandrene, Aromadendrene, and Piperitone.

Used in aromatherapy, the fragrance of Eucalyptus Essential Oil is inhaled and scent receptors in the brain’s emotional powerhouse process the smell as refreshing. HOW TO USE?

Bath: Enjoy a refreshing bath by adding a few drops to cold or lukewarm water for a gentle, natural body cleansing

Massage: Add a few drops to suitable carrier oil like Olive, Almond or Coconut and massage. gently to relieve headache and body pain.

Air freshener: Diffuse a few drops of Essential oil to uplift your spirit and get a happiness boost. Dilute with water and spray to freshen up a room.

Inhalation: Adding a few drops in steam inhalation helps in decongesting the nasal passage and airways. Applying the oil on a handkerchief or towel and sniffing it repeatedly also helps.

Home care: Mopping floor with Eucalyptus Oil diluted with water repels flies, insects, ticks, mites and gives a pleasant aroma. Also helps keep viruses at bay.
